What we use the data for

We use the data to respond to the request, understand the project context, prepare a proposal, schedule contact and maintain communications related to a possible working relationship.

We may use service providers needed for website operation, communications and technical management, who process data only as necessary and according to applicable legal obligations.

Legal basis

Personal data processing is based, depending on the case, on pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject, contract performance, compliance with legal obligations or GlobalMighty Development’s legitimate interest.

We also process some data based on legitimate interest, for example to protect the website against abuse, keep communication records related to received requests and defend rights in case of dispute.

How long we keep data

• Contact and quote requests without hiring: up to 3 years after the last interaction.
• Client and contract data: during the contractual relationship and for applicable legal periods.
• Invoicing documents: during the mandatory legal period.
• Files attached to requests that do not proceed: deleted when no longer needed and, at most, within the period defined for the request.

Security

We process data with proportionate security measures, including limited access, protected channels and care in managing received files. Despite the measures adopted, no system can guarantee absolute security. We limit processing to what is necessary to respond to the request and provide the service.

Your rights

Under the law, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, limitation, objection to processing or portability. When processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

The website uses technical mechanisms necessary for its operation. We use Vercel Web Analytics to obtain aggregated website usage statistics. According to Vercel documentation, this service does not use cookies and is based on anonymous, aggregated data.

The website uses temporary browser storage to remember some usage preferences during the session, such as closing certain visual elements. This information is deleted at the end of the session and does not directly identify the visitor.
